Owner of Go Deep Sports and an active member in his home town softball Cecil Hale has been named as Hawaii State Director. Cecil is excited about returning to Hawaii and setting up his 2009 Tournament Schedule. Cecil has a huge Islander tournament planned for later in the year in Las Vegas, NV.
