Lance looks forward to a fast growth potential and the fact that directors are coming aboard daily. When this game gets in most states and will soon, slow pitch softball will have a chance at rebirth. The teams will have a reason to come back and play and have the fun it was designed to be. Lance Boyer has more then 30 years of experience as a player, coach, umpire, director, and regional vice president of a national association. He brings with him the love for the game, and the attention to detail to bring AFA slowpitch into the next decade as one of the stand out organizations. Lance believes that too often the current associations are thinking to much about big business policies and not about the players. "It's great to say you care and that you have the players in mind" It's another issue to really have the players in mind and mold your organization around those ideas. With AFA slowpitch we have done just that. The rules are made to be player friendly. The staff always has the players needs in mind.
