AFA Umpires Association
Membership in the AFA Umpires Association includes,
Medical and Liability Insurance (this policy covers you in any sanctioned sporting event and is not limited to the AFA),
a current AFA Rule Book and Membership Card.
Membership is required to officiate in any AFA tournament.
Membership fee is $40.00
Add $10.00 for AFA fastpitch (Includes AFA fastpitch rule book)
The policy will be in effect from January 1, 2009 thru December 31, 2009
If you would like to register by mail, print out form and mail it to the National Office with your membership fee:
